Learning the elements of service in the restaurant business during college was as valuable as the years spent browsing the business school for a fit to a business that did not exist. Finally finding it at a lunch with his brother one day, he received a break from John Davis of the famed Western Digitech in Miami, Florida. He began his career as a network engineer and built his expertise across infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, and enterprise operations before launching his own firm in 2001.
What started as a small services company evolved into TotalCareIT, an organization focused on process-driven IT governance, proactive administration, and executive-level technology strategy for growing businesses.
Under his leadership, TotalCareIT developed a structured approach that treats technology as a strategic asset rather than a cost center.
